DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) is one of the 11 rules published by the ICC in Incoterms® 2020. Risk passes when goods unloaded at named terminal or place. Insurance is not an obligation under DPU - the buyer decides.

Watch outs
- Only Incoterm where seller must unload at destination. Renamed from DAT in Incoterms 2010.
- Verify seller has equipment capability at the named terminal.

Unusual for LC. Seller controls full delivery including unloading.
