What this document is, and is not
This EUC is a commercial drafting template that records what the parties intend or have agreed at one stage of a deal. It is not a bank instrument, not proof of product or funds, and not a substitute for qualified legal counsel in the governing-law jurisdiction.

An End User Certificate (EUC) is required for controlled, dual-use or sanctioned-origin commodities. It names the true end user (not a trader), the goods and HS code, the stated end use and facility, and an explicit undertaking not to re-export, divert or trans-ship without prior written consent of the exporter and the licensing authority where applicable.
This template ships with an attestation block for signing by an authorised officer of the end user and, where the jurisdiction requires, notarisation or chamber of commerce attestation. Missing or vague EUCs are the leading cause of export licence rejection.
