Nothing on this site is a scraped guess. Every duty rate, fee threshold and compliance rule traces to a named instrument published by one of the authorities below, and each tool shows the instrument plus the date the data was last verified. Where an authority publishes on a fixed cycle, the refresh tier further down says how often we re-check it.

How often each dataset is refreshed

Tier 1 - Live / weekly
US tariff stack (Section 301/232), EU carbon price (ETS), India anti-dumping duty, Global sanctions (OFAC/UN/EU)
Automate ingestion where the source publishes machine-readable data, and always show a verified-as-of stamp - this tier is too volatile to imply real-time accuracy.
Tier 2 - Quarterly or on notification
India GST/HSN rates, RoDTEP, export incentives, US HTS updates, EU CBAM intensities & EUDR scope
Subscribe to the official notification feed and re-verify on a calendar reminder even when no notification arrives; these bodies do not always push proactively.
Tier 3 - Annual (Budget / fiscal cycle)
India duty drawback (AIR, Union Budget), US MPF fee notice, customs bond formula, carrier DIM divisors, EU national VAT rates
Review on the known publication window: India Budget in February, US federal fiscal year in October, carrier rate guides in January.
Tier 4 - Static, rarely changes
Incoterms® 2020 ruleset, UCP 600 articles, ISBP 821, IEC validator, ICEGATE port codes
A light annual sanity check against the source is enough - these are format and logic tools, not live datasets.
Tier 5 - User input, no external dataset
EDPMS / e-BRC reconciliation, EPCG obligation tracker, buyer KYC router - all driven by your own data
No dataset to maintain; just confirm the destination portal URLs still resolve, roughly quarterly.
